Hi, welcome to our website. We are a small, local, female-owned business. We have been serving Greenville and the surrounding communities for over 10 years. Our operations are split into two categories: design and construction. Our design department handles both residential and commercial projects, but we take special pride in our detailed and comprehensive, custom home plans. Our construction department only handles commercial projects, so any residential construction projects will be referred out to trusted builders in our area.

April Moore, our CEO, was born and raised in Farmville, NC. She is a business entrepreneur who is dedicated to the community, serving on various boards including the Center for Family Violence Prevention.
Michael Moore, our General Contractor, was also born and raised in Farmville, NC. He is a Pitt Community College graduate, and has many years of building and design experience under his belt. He currently manages all construction operations in our company, and has a great reputation for integrity and excellent work.
Other Staff include our dedicated superintendents, property maintenance managers, building designers, draftsmen, and hard-working construction staff. They consist of a balanced combination of cultures all working together towards one goal: Excellence.

In commercial construction, our aim is to complete the work in as little time as possible without compromising accuracy and clean work. Communication is key to us, and we make sure that all stages of a project are carefully managed and prepared for by exercising great communication. We take pride in our work, and it shows.
As for design, the same level of dedication exists, and we strive to produce quality that excels anything available in our area. As we work through the stages of design development, your plans will be tailored to your specific needs, taking into consideration everything from material and construction costs, to the orientation of your new home on your lot for optimal passive solar energy gain.
